WHERE DOES CHAOS AUSTRALIA SHIP?
We currently ship within Australia only.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 per order.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if your order has not entered processing, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or unwanted items. Please check the product description and size information carefully before ordering.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT?
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
CAN I RETURN A BALACLAVA OR FACE COVERING?
For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on balaclavas and face coverings cannot be returned unless they are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
The estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page. If an order contains both pre-order and available items, they may be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready unless stated otherwise.
WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Some CHAOS releases are limited and may not be restocked. Join our email or SMS list and follow CHAOS on social media for drop and restock announcements.
