SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through chaosstreetwear.com.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

CHAOS currently ships within Australia only.

International shipping is not currently available. If international delivery becomes available, eligible destinations and charges will be displayed at checkout.

1. SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 per order unless a different promotion or shipping option is displayed at checkout.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during major releases, promotional periods, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

1. PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as pre-orders have separate estimated production and dispatch timeframes shown on the relevant product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the complete order may be dispatched together once every item is available unless we arrange otherwise.

Estimated pre-order dates may change because of manufacturing, freight or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide an update if a significant delay occurs.

1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

After dispatch, standard Australian delivery generally takes approximately 2–8 business days. Regional and remote destinations may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by the carrier, weather, public holidays, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

1. TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or telephone number supplied with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel is collected or lodged.

1. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete or could not be accessed, the customer may be required to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery, except where CHAOS or the carrier caused the error.

1. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE AND COLLECTION

Delivery options, safe-drop instructions, collection points and signature requirements are controlled by the relevant carrier.

CHAOS is not responsible for delivery instructions entered directly with the carrier. Customers should ensure that any nominated safe place is secure.

1. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or damage, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and relevant details. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with the carrier.

Please do not dispose of damaged packaging or products until the matter has been assessed, as photographs or other evidence may be required.

Any remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A parcel may be considered delivered when the carrier records it as delivered to the supplied address, an authorised safe place or an approved collection point.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery location, household members, nearby safe places and any carrier notification before contacting us.

1. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We may send items from the same order separately where reasonably necessary. No additional shipping charge will be applied unless agreed with the customer beforehand.
