TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access chaosstreetwear.com, purchase products or event tickets, or otherwise interact with CHAOS Australia (“CHAOS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
-
ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
-
PRODUCTS
We aim to display product descriptions, colours, measurements and images as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your screen.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Limited-release products may sell out quickly and may not be restocked.
-
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is approved and we send an order confirmation.
We may cancel or refuse an order where:
• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be processed;
• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised purchasing; or
• an order breaches these Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
-
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping charges and any applicable fees are displayed during checkout before payment.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. CHAOS does not directly store complete payment-card details.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates and product exclusions. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
-
PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED RELEASES
Products described as pre-orders are not immediately available for dispatch. Any estimated production or dispatch date is an estimate and may change because of manufacturing, freight or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide an update and any remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.
-
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur after an order has been handed to a carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
-
RETURNS, FAULTS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Refund Policy and are separate from your rights concerning faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described products.
-
EVENT TICKETS
Event dates, times, venues, activities and participating vendors may change where reasonably necessary.
Tickets must not be copied, fraudulently reproduced or resold in a misleading or unlawful manner. Entry may be refused where a ticket is invalid or has already been used.
Attendees must follow venue rules, lawful instructions from staff and reasonable safety directions. Threatening, abusive, dangerous or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
Motorcycles, vehicles, machinery and demonstrations may create noise and involve inherent risks. Attendees must remain within designated public areas and must not enter restricted areas or participate in activities without express authorisation.
If an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, we will communicate the available options and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
-
WEBSITE USE
You must not:
• use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• interfere with the website’s security or operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
• copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
• submit malicious code, false information or abusive material.

Unless otherwise stated, all CHAOS names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, text and other website content are owned by or licensed to CHAOS.
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our intellectual property without written permission.
-
USER CONTENT
If you tag CHAOS or send us photographs, videos, reviews or other content, you retain ownership of your content.
We will request permission before using customer-created content in advertising or other promotional material unless your permission is already clear from the circumstances. You confirm that content you provide does not infringe another person’s rights.
-
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, payment providers, ticketing services or social-media pages. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
-
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAOS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
-
PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers required to operate our store, payments, delivery, marketing and events.
-
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, products, events or legal obligations change. Updated terms take effect when published and apply to future use and purchases. The terms applying to an accepted order remain those in effect when that order was placed, except where the law requires otherwise.
-
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any other jurisdiction required by applicable consumer law.
